04/08/2010: "'bus' that drives over cars"

It's not often that a completely new idea comes along that is at the same time a completely rational response to circumstances. Beijing is set to build a track based 'bus' where plates at the side and the actual passenger area form a tunnel under which cars can pass, or a bridge to drive over cars, depending on the viewpoint. It's hard to imagine: best to take a look. By 2020 there might be a dozen of these around the world.
